We have a design in mind for our new site. Do you offer a bespoke design service?
» Yes we do offer a bespoke design. If you feel you want something a little different in terms of page layout please just contact us with your requirements
Does this service include banner design?
» Yes, please upload some club images when ordering such as "action" photos and a club logo to put on the banner allowing the design team to give your website a unique look and feel.
What will my website look like?
» In terms of layout it will look similar to the demo site and our existing clients' websites shown in the club spotlight box, however, we will add your own club's colour scheme and branding to the site to give it your own unique look and feel. If you require a different layout then a bespoke design service is available. Please contact us for more information.
Our club has a distinct colour scheme, can our website's design incorporate this?
» No problem. During the order process it is possible to specify your club's colours so that our team of designers can incorporate them into the design of your site.
I have a logo that I would like to use for my club's website. Can you put this on the site?
» Certainly. We have a special section of the order process where you can upload any artwork that you would like to feature in the design. Alternatively you can email us at any stage after your website has been set up and we will gladly incorporate any logos into your design.
Do I get a free website address?
» Yes, if you subscribe for at least one year you are entitled to a free .com or .co.uk website address.
Can I use our club's existing website address?
» Yes, if you already have a website address for your club then we can give instructions on how to setup the address so that it will work with your new club website.
If I decide to leave the service can I still have my website address I chose when ordering?
» In the unlikely event that you would like to leave our service, the website address is yours to do with as you please.
Do I need to have any programming skills?
» No. Absolutely not. Our system is like a simple word processor that lets you add content to your website with ease. We try and make it as easy to use as possible so that new information can be added to your website quickly and easily.
Do I get any email addresses?
» Yes, you will have access to a control panel which allows you to create unlimited email accounts.
Does the service include hosting?
» Yes. This alone can cost up to £40 for a website of this nature which makes our service very affordable as we give you a professionally designed website too!
How much storage space do I get?
» An allowance of 300 megabytes is given per site. This is for the photos and textual information that will be displayed on the site. If you think that a photo is roughly 1 megabyte there would be room for approximately 300 photos.
What is the transfer allowance?
» Each site has a transfer allowance of 2 gigabytes per month. The transfer allowance is used when people visit the site. A typical site like this will only use on average 10 megabytes per day so that's roughly 300 megabytes per month. We give all our sites a large transfer allowance so that they should easily have enough no matter how busy they get.
What happens if I go over my allocated allowance?
» In the unlikely event that you were to go over your data transfer allowance you will be charged at a rate of £2.50 per gigabyte a month. If you exceed your storage allowance firstly we will see if there is anything that can be removed such as old photographs or news articles etc. This is likely to reduce the amount of room taken up and should bring you within the allocated amount. We constantly monitor the data transfer levels and storage levels and will inform you by email in the unlikely event that you have exceeded your monthly allowance.
Do you offer an affiliate service or a discount for multiple purchases?
» We do offer discounts on multiple purchases and there is an opportunity to become an affiliate. For more information please contact us and we will be able to discuss the matter further.
Do I have to renew my subscription?
» No. You are under no obligation to renew any of our subscription options once they have expired.
