Tutorial: How to change your password

1. In your web browser go to the address of your site. In this tutorial the demo ellistonSPORT site will be used as an example but the same steps apply for your website.

2. Log into your website using your username and password and then click the "Login" button.

3. Once the page has reloaded you should notice a welcome message below the login box, something similar to the image below. There will be three links, "My Account", "Admin Area" and "Logout". In this example we want to make a change to your account information, therefore simply click the link titled "My Account".

4. This will take you to a page showing information regarding your account such as your display name, location and email address. Click the link below this titled "Edit Account Information".

5. A form will appear on the next page, this is where you can change your password. To do so, enter your current password followed by a new password then simply click the "Edit Account" button. Including numbers in a mixed case password will generally create a more secure password.
