What will my website look like?
If I decide to leave the service can I still have my domain name I chose when ordering?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Google Checkout, PayPal and cheque.
A: We use industry leading payment handlers to manage our online transactions. We don't interfere with an any of the payment details ourselves, we leave that side of the business to the experts. They use their secure, encrypted servers to handle the transaction so you can order without worrying.
A: Please allow up to 48 hours. This is due to the domain name taking this length of time to change to point to our web servers.
A: Yes. All we require is that you change your domain's name-servers to point to the ellistonSPORT server so that you can make use of our software. This can be done after you have ordered an ellistonSPORT website. For further information on how to do this please contact the company who manages your domain name. It is a common task that can often be done in the administration area for your current website's domain name.

A: Yes, you will have access to a control panel which allows you to create unlimited email accounts.
A: The only restrictions that we impose are on the transfer of data and the amount of disk space allocated to each account. These are called the Transfer Allowance and Storage Allowance. These are how hosting packages are calculated. We get the same restrictions on our servers so these have to be incorporated into our plans so that we can keep the costs as low as possible for everyone.
Transfer allowance
Each site has a transfer allowance of 2 gigabytes per month. The transfer allowance is used when people visit the site. A typical site like this will only use on average 10 megabytes per day so that's roughly 300 megabytes per month. We give all our sites a large transfer allowance so that they should easily have enough no matter how busy they get.
Storage Allowance
An allowance of 300 megabytes is given per site. This is for the photos and textual information that will be displayed on the site. If you think that a photo is roughly 1 megabyte there would be room for approximately 300 photos.
A: In the unlikely event that you were to go over your data transfer allowance you will be charged at a rate of £2.50 per gigabyte a month. If you exceed your storage allowance firstly we will see if there is anything that can be removed such as old photographs or news articles etc. This is likely to reduce the amount of room taken up and should bring you within the allocated amount.
We constantly monitor the data transfer levels and storage levels and will inform you by email in the unlikely event that you have exceeded your monthly allowance.
A: We do offer discounts on multiple purchases and there is an opportunity to become an affiliate. For more information please contact us and we will be able to discuss the matter further.
A: We would be more than happy to create a bespoke layout for your club's website. Before ordering please contact us so we can discuss your requirements further.
A: No problem. During the order process it is possible to specify your club's colours so that we can incorporate them into the design of your site.
A: Certainly. We have a special section of the order process where you can upload any artwork that you would like to feature in the design. Alternatively you can email us at any stage after your website has been set up and we will gladly incorporate any logos into your design.
A: In terms of layout it will look similar to the demo site, however, we will add your own club's colour scheme and branding to the site to give it your own unique look and feel. If you require a different layout then a bespoke design service is available. Please contact us for more information.
A: In the unlikely event that you would like to leave our service, the domain name is yours to do with as you please.
